Personalised fitness coaching focusing on promoting the physical and mental aspects of training and the positive effects that delivers, whether its weight loss, general fitness or just wanting to move more freely feeling energised to deal with whatever our busy lives throw at us. I am experienced with working with various age groups from teenagers, to third age.

One to one sessions in a gym environment, home visits in the local area. Buddy and small group training also offered. Gym locations are korugym and challengegym, both in Bishop’s Stortford.

Initial health and fitness assessments completed prior to commencement of training to establish fitness levels and goals discussed. Regular reviews throughout training to monitor progress and re-establish goal setting

Your training schedule will be designed around your goals. I am qualified in a wide variety of training skills and can draw from a multitude of training specialisms and also working on rehabilitation of clients.

Sessions to be paid for one month in advance, *cancellation policy applies

*Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours’ notice will be charged for the cancelled session. Every client is provided with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 12 hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if notification is made prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation
